Our philosophy is to design a course that really meets the needs of the client and the current business environment. We believe that a learning culture throughout the organisation from top to bottom is a prerequisite for successful training. Course Methodology

All of our programmes are designed to encourage maximum delegate participation, using real live experiences leading to a simple but effective transfer of learning to their own work environment. All delegates are provided with comprehensive handouts or workbooks.

Consultancy Services

Because our training courses are tailor-made we can identify your individual company needs and design a training package encompassing all your specific requirements. Courses can be run for between 6 and 12 people depending on the nature of the programme.

We negotiate closely with the you at all stages of the development and keep you informed to make sure that it exactly matches the requirements as set at the beginning.

Prices

All programme prices are negotiated at the time of order therefore there are no surprises once the price has been set. Prices are normally set at a day rate and our programmes last between 1 and 3 days. (Training Practice and Assessment 5 days) In general the more delegates the lower the price. Training and Consultancy is a very competitive market and our prices are generally less expensive than most of our competitors.

All of our training programmes are delivered by highly competent and experienced trainers. We believe that not only should training be an effective learning event but also fun, subsequently our programmes are highly participative, involving individual/group exercises, games, role plays and where appropriate quizzes. Above all else the learning must meet the needs of both the individual and the business, so the more we know about you the better.

Many of our programmes lead to the award of nationally recognised qualifications, for example the Hospitality Training Foundation Training Diploma.
